Dumping Ground: Times When You Don't Like Being Single
Sometimes it feels good to complain, moan, and let it rip...and you can't really start seeing possiblities and being creative until you do! If today is one of those days when you don't feel inspired, don't hold back. Take out a piece of paper or your Journal, and write down everything that is bothering you. (You can also call a friend who "gets it" and say you are doing a five minute "dump."). Then see if you can let it go as "that's how I am feeling and thinking right now". Sometimes You Hate the Times When You are Single...Tell Us Why?
Going to a wedding when everyone else has someone and is dancing and you sit at the table by yourself.
I'm solely responsible and have only myself to blame.
I enter a room and feel like a freak, when everyone else is coupled.
I'm tired making plans
Someone asks me, are you dating anybody? (Ugh...here goes the explanation).
I thought I would be married with kids; why hasn't it happened?
